• Photography and videography are provided as per client’s requirements and brief.

• Clients must share accurate event details and expectations.

Travel & Accommodation

• Costs for shoots outside Chennai are borne by the client.

• Accommodation (3-star or above, AC rooms) must be provided for crew.

• Travel charges apply for locations beyond 10 km from our studio.

Creative Scope

• Photographer has full creative control during shoots and post-production.

• Specific shots cannot be guaranteed, though requests will be considered.

• Only minor skin corrections will be done.

Event Details & Guide

• Event details must be shared at least 15 days in advance.

• Client is responsible for organizing desired photo groups.

Couple Shoots

• Outdoor shoots are limited to Chennai (Mon–Sat, non-blackout dates).

• Additional charges apply for resorts/venues with entry or photo fees.

• Pre-wedding: Requires 50% advance payment; must be scheduled 30–45 days before the wedding.

• Post-wedding: Must be completed within 30 days of the wedding; 90% payment required.

Additional Costs

• Travel, entry, venue fees, props, makeup, and extra edits/reels are client’s responsibility.

• Extra charges apply for extending timelines, rescheduling, or additional editing.

Drone & Aerial Services

• Client must secure necessary permissions and share copies 1 week in advance.

Code of Conduct

• Clients must not obstruct the photographer’s work.

• Misconduct, verbal or physical abuse may lead to session termination without refund.

Liability & Disclaimer

• House of Memoriez is not responsible for data loss due to technical issues.

• Force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, restrictions) may affect service delivery.

• We are not liable for venue-related issues, injuries, or property damage.

Sessions & Packages

• One session = up to 5 hours.

• Packages vary by wedding type and requirements.

Payment Terms

• 70% advance at booking, 20% on event day, 10% before final delivery.

Refund Policy

• Payments are non-refundable, except in rare unavoidable situations.

• If services cannot be performed due to reasons beyond our control, full refund will be provided.

Delivery Timelines

• Raw photos within 5–7 working days.

• Album design, edited photos, and videos as per package timelines.

• Limited revisions allowed for albums and films.
